Privacy notice

Who runs this website

This website is operated by Rias World Engineering Consultancy. For privacy questions, email us at [email protected].

What the website collects

The website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The “project brief” form on the contact page does not store anything on the website or send it to our servers: it prepares a message that opens in WhatsApp for you to review and send yourself. Our hosting provider may log basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, for operation and security.

We count visits and contact clicks per page and service as daily totals, using the website’s own tool. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address, browser type or any personal data, and never stores what you type in the project-brief form; only totals such as “visits to a service page on a given day” are kept.

Information you share when you contact us

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the information you send, such as your name, phone number, project details and attachments. We use it to answer your enquiry and provide the requested service, and we share it with others only where needed to deliver the service or where required by law.

Third-party services

Conversations on WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy. The map link opens Google Maps, which is subject to Google’s policies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us at the address above, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law applicable in Saudi Arabia.
