About the service
Many projects go through a Civil Defense review, and delays often come from missing documents, unclear drawings or conflicts with the architectural design. Our role is to prepare a complete, well-organised submission and to follow up on comments, revising the drawings until they are closed.
We also prepare emergency evacuation plans showing exit routes, safety equipment and assembly points, and help facility managers put clear evacuation procedures in place that suit the building and the people who use it.
Approval always rests with the competent authority, and no consultant can guarantee it. What we provide is a clear, complete submission and diligent follow-up on its comments.
How we work
-
Understand your project
A short conversation on WhatsApp or by phone to understand the project type, its use, its current stage and the documents you already have.
-
Define scope and requirements
We review the available drawings and information, identify the services needed and the reviewing authorities involved, and set out the expected deliverables before work starts.
-
Design and coordinate
We prepare the design, drawings and technical documents and coordinate them across architecture, structure, MEP and fire protection.
-
Deliver and follow up
We hand over clear deliverables and follow up on authority review comments or site queries until they are closed.
Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee Civil Defense approval?
No. Approval is solely the decision of the competent authority. We prepare complete drawings and documents, follow up on review comments and revise the drawings accordingly.
What is the difference between an evacuation plan and an emergency plan?
An evacuation plan is a drawing showing where you are, the exit routes, safety equipment and assembly points, usually posted in visible places. An emergency plan is a broader document that sets out roles, procedures, communication and training for an emergency.
Can you take over comments on drawings prepared by another office?
We first review the drawings and the comments, then explain what is needed to resolve them and propose a scope of work before we start.
