About the service
Architectural design starts with understanding the site and your needs: how the building will be used, by how many people, the budget and the planning requirements for the plot. From there we develop a clear design concept, then detailed drawings ready for permitting and construction.
3D visualisation lets you see facades and interiors before anything is built, which makes decisions easier and reduces changes later. We coordinate the design with the structural, MEP and fire protection disciplines so the drawing set is consistent.

What are the stages of architectural design?
Usually site and needs analysis, then the design concept and preliminary drawings, then design development with 3D visualisation, and finally detailed drawings coordinated with the other disciplines.
Does architectural design account for fire safety?
We build in life-safety elements such as exits and escape routes from the early stages and coordinate with the fire protection team, so conflicts do not surface at submission or on site.
Can I commission interior design on its own?
