About the service

Building permits and related applications need specific documents and drawings that vary with the request type and the property. We help you understand what your application needs, prepare the engineering drawings and reports, and follow up on comments until the application is complete.

After permitting, engineering supervision checks that the project is built to the drawings and specifications. We follow the contractor’s work, review quality, issue regular reports, and help you manage schedule, budget and coordination between the parties.

How we work

  1. Understand your project

A short conversation on WhatsApp or by phone to understand the project type, its use, its current stage and the documents you already have.

  2. Define scope and requirements

We review the available drawings and information, identify the services needed and the reviewing authorities involved, and set out the expected deliverables before work starts.

  3. Design and coordinate

We prepare the design, drawings and technical documents and coordinate them across architecture, structure, MEP and fire protection.

  4. Deliver and follow up

We hand over clear deliverables and follow up on authority review comments or site queries until they are closed.

Frequently asked questions

What documents does a building permit need?

It depends on the request type and the property, but usually includes proof of ownership, engineering drawings and some technical reports. Once we know your property’s details, we give you a specific list.

What does an engineering office do during construction supervision?

The supervising engineer follows the works and checks them against the drawings and specifications, reviews materials and quality, records observations in regular reports and flags decisions the owner needs to make.

Can you supervise a project designed by another office?

Yes. After reviewing the approved drawings and existing contracts, we agree the supervision scope and reporting arrangements with you.
